I am not formally ‘religious’ but seeing the photo of your little gathering at Housmans brings these phrases to mind. Willing peace amidst the bloody chaos within an overtly fascist country, and standing openly for it, deserves warm praise.
My most used maxim is ‘No mother and child should not be in the least harmed anywhere in our still beautiful world’.
Thank you VFP. Wish I could attend your meetings, but my service was entirely in OUR NHS – much reduced as planned.
